CBD infrastructure Work
The area of the Commercial Business Development district in Tripoli is about 70 hectare on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea. The government of Libya decided to develop the area by demolishing existing buildings and defining new land use including high towers, business areas, five stars hotels, and other high end developments.
The government consultant, ECOU appointed AJ (formerly MWH and AJ) to prepare all the main infrastructure designs for the CBD including:
• Sewerage,
• Water & fire fighting
• Electrical Supply
• Telecommunication
• Storm Water drainage
• Irrigation
• Electrical Distribution System
• District Cooling System and
• Road Design
