Project Description: The project is located on a considerable flat greenfield site of area of 62,550 m². It consists of residential units; a mix of long-term apartments - studios, one/two/three bedrooms - short-term studio apartments and three-bedroom villas. In addition to extensive community facilities; nursery and preschool, gym and sports facilities, bowling alley and cinema, supermarket, pharmacy and food & beverage/retail outlets as well as supporting facilities.
