The First parcel is bound by King Abdullah Street to the south and is zoned mixed use commercial; it will contain a to-be-determined mix of retail and oce development up to a maximum height of 32 meters from its central datum point. The second parcel will contain a to-be-determined amount of oce space and perhaps some residential apartments. The third parcel lies to the north of the second parcel separated from it only by a parcel line, it is zoned mixed use oce but is designated residential zone only, and it will contain residential apartments up to a maximum height of 16 meters from its central datum point.
