Arabtech Jardaneh as part of its CSR programme is proud of its Young Leader Scholarship.
The Arabtech Jardaneh Young Leader Scholarship (AJ-YLS) Award nominates rising leaders within small consultancy firms to participant annually in the FIDIC Young Professional Management Training Programme (YPMTP) . Participants of the program are exposed to an intense training curriculum to helpprepare them to becoming the future leaders within the consultancyengineering industry.
The scholarship represents an opportunity to a young Jordanian engineer/architect to attend the FIDIC Young Professionals Management Training Programme , a seven- month on-line management training programme for young professionals and potential managers.

Corporate Social Responsibility
We are committed to creating more opportunities for those in need by supporting arange of projects, organisations and charities. These include the Welfare Association , Tkiyet Um Ali , Madrasati Palestine Project , the INJAZ Job Shadowing Program (JSP) and the Arab Orphans Committee where we operate three university scholarships for Jordanian orphans. Furthermore, our EMD, Bisher Jardaneh, is Vice-Chairman of the Zaha Foundation for Children and a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Welfare Association.
Corporate Technical Responsibility
We encourage our senior engineers to play an active role in the decision making of Jordan’s engineering industry. Some of the AJ Group’s senior management and Board have held leadership positions at the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) . Our people continue to sit on the important committees and technical bodies that help formulate the country’s engineering codes and specifications.
