Client: Housing Bank for Trade and Finance (HBTF).

Project Description: The client's intention was to build iconic new headquarters in the heart of the Shmeisani district in Amman. Arabtech Jardaneh delivered the striking design shown below which consists of 7 floors above ground housing the main banking services as well as executive offices and management facilities, in addition to 1 Sub-Ground floor level housing services and 3 Basement parking levels. The sub-structure was built mainly with reinforced concrete while the super structure used structural steel which allowed us to achieve the deep cantilever above the main entrance. It adopted special false ceilings for mechanical and electrical services.

Services: Detailed design, and construction documents preparation for architecture and engineering design. Conceptual and development of design services in association with ARUP and NBBJ.
